Job summary

ARA Resources Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Workday consultants for multiple openings to join client projects across India. The roles require deep knowledge of Workday modules and hands-on implementation experience.

Hybrid work model with Pan India opportunities; 5–12 years of experience preferred. You will lead Workday modules, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end Workday solutions across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with minimum 3+ years relevant into Workday.
• Hands-on experience in at least one Workday module listed above.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Workday project lifecycle.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Act as SME for assigned Workday modules and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Configure and support Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployments, and integrations.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to enterprise clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and support cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with goals.
• Support issue resolution, risk management, governance, and documentation.

Role Summary

ARAs Client is seeking experienced Workday professionals with expertise in one or more Workday modules including Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Extend, and Workday Talent Management, Workday Core Integration, Workday Core HCM, Workday Studio & others

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Workday modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and support Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, integrations, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to enterprise clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants/team members.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support issue resolution, risk management, governance, and documentation activities.
