The Role: CEO’s Office – Strategy & Execution

This is not your typical strategy role. As part of the CEO’s Office, you’ll act as the right hand to the CEO and a key enabler for the leadership team — solving complex business problems, leading mission-critical initiatives, and driving strategic impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational priorities.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Execution Excellence

• Act as an execution engine — turning decisions into deliverables by ensuring accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
• Track, monitor, and drive progress on key CEO and leadership initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Business Impact

• Drive 0-to-1 initiatives — identify white spaces, run pilots, and scale successful experiments.
• Support board-level communications including decks, CEO reports, and investor updates.
• Help leadership stay aligned through structured reviews, performance tracking, and data-backed insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with CXOs, business heads, and functional leaders to coordinate key projects.
• Influence and engage cross-functional teams to ensure shared ownership and execution focus.

Who You Are

• Experience: 6–8 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investing, or operations at a fast-growth company.
• Strategic + Execution Balance: You can see the big picture but also love diving into details to get things done.
• Analytical: Strong with numbers, frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
• People Savvy: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication — able to craft sharp presentations and concise documents.
• Ownership Mindset: Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
• Education: MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM/ISB/Ivy League) preferred, but not mandatory if experience is exceptional.
