The Role: Lead - Talent Acquisition
We're looking for a Lead - Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring across our corporate functions, spanning both tech and non-tech roles. You'll be the go-to partner for Hiring Managers, translating business needs into hiring strategies, and driving positions independently from requirement gathering all the way to closure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Own

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand corporate hiring requirements and define the right candidate profile
• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple Tech and Non-Tech roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closure
• Hire across diverse corporate functions, including Technology, Product, Design, Marketing, Leadership roles and Campus Programs
• Build targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, market mapping, and other sourcing channels
• Drive offer discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate closures, while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers and pipelines

What we're looking for

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, hiring across Tech and/or Non-Tech roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms
• Strong stakeholder and Hiring Manager management experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies
• Strong candidate assessment and screening skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills, with strong ownership from requirement gathering to closure
