Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior strategy professional to join our leadership team in a high-impact BFSI role. You will develop corporate and business-unit strategies, lead market and industry analyses, and build financial models to guide executive decision making for the CEO and board.

This leadership position offers cross-functional exposure and opportunities to influence critical strategic initiatives and deliver executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Management graduate from a premier B-School.
• 5-7 years of business strategy experience in consulting or corporate strategy at a leading firm.
• Exposure to startup ecosystem and financial services or PMO exposure.

The Successful Applicant

Education

Management graduate from Tier 1 institute (premier B-School Only)

Experience

5-7 years of business experience in a consulting or corporate/ management strategy role at a leading firm

Prior experience

In any Big4 consulting preferable + exposure to startup ecosystem and financial services or PMO stint

Technical Skills

• Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking
• High-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Deep understanding of quantitative problem-solving concepts and statistical analysis
• Comfort with data extraction and processing to drive decisions
