• Monitor operational processes, quality standards, productivity, and profitability.
• Manage recruitment, performance appraisal, employee development, and team engagement.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and expense controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Support management in achieving business goals and continuous process improvement.
