Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical services, process engineering, commissioning/start-up support, troubleshooting, and debottlenecking.
• Exposure to PVC/VCM, chlor-alkali, or petrochemical industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for process engineering, debottlenecking, root-cause analysis, yield and energy improvement, and technology absorption.
• Support units in start-up, stabilization, abnormal situation analysis, and improvement projects.
• Build a strong knowledge base and ensure disciplined technical review of plant performance.

Job Role
Lead central technical services for process optimization, troubleshooting, technology management, process monitoring, and operational performance improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for process engineering, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, root-cause investigations, yield and energy improvement, operating limit governance, and technology absorption.
• Support units in start-up, stabilization, abnormal situation analysis, and improvement projects.
• Build a strong knowledge base and ensure disciplined technical review of plant performance.

Job Deliverables
Improved yields, lower specific consumption, faster closure of technical problems, stronger process governance, better plant capability utilization, and sustained improvement in process performance.

Qualification
BE B.Tech

Nature of Experience
Technical services, process engineering, commissioning/start-up support, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and process optimization in chemical or petrochemical industries.

Industry Preference
PVC VCM Chlor-Alkali Petrochemical Refinery Fertilizer Coal based steel plant Large Continuous Process Manufacturing

Preferred Exposure
Start-up support, plant performance monitoring, process troubleshooting, technology transfer, debottlenecking, utility integration, and continuous improvement.
