Job summary

Cygnus Solutions is seeking a Head O&M Site President to lead one major plant or manufacturing area, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation. The role focuses on driving performance improvements across operations, maintenance interface, and production planning.

The incumbent will own the operational discipline, lead field teams, coordinate with support functions, and drive achievement of production, quality, and reliability targets in a chemical/process industry setting.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in engineering with relevant domain exposure.
• Proven ability to lead plant operations and drive safety & reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for operations, maintenance interface, production planning support, manpower capability, quality, process safety, and plant performance improvement
• Drive operating discipline, field leadership, coordination with support functions, and achievement of production, quality, and reliability targets.

Job Deliverables

Achievement of production targets, safe and stable plant operation, product quality compliance, lower process losses, improved equipment reliability, and stronger operating discipline.

Qualification

BE / B.Tech

Nature of Experience

Plant leadership in continuous chemical, petrochemical, chlor-alkali, polymer, refinery, or Coal based steel plant Large Continuous Process Manufacturing & allied process industries.

Industry Preference

PVC VCM Chlor-Alkali Petrochemical Refinery Fertilizer Cement Coal based steel plant . Continuous Process Manufacturing

Preferred Exposure

Greenfield and brownfield environments, commissioning, start-up, plant stabilization, hazardous chemical handling, and continuous performance improvement.
