Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop age‑appropriate curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote holistic child development.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing training and professional development for teachers and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Implement assessment tools and techniques to monitor each child’s progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance to teachers on individualized learning plans and interventions.
  • Foster open and transparent communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s development, activities, and achievements.
  • Organize parent‑teacher conferences and workshops to enhance parental involvement.
  • Ensure that classrooms are safe, stimulating, and conducive to learning, with age‑appropriate materials and equipment.
  • Manage resource allocation and procurement to support effective teaching and learning.
  • Stay updated on local and national educational regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards, ensuring compliance.
  • Develop strategies and accommodations to support children with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
