Bright Horizons are seeking a Center Director at our Bangalore Day Care Center to lead exceptional care and education for children aged 0-6. You will be the primary contact for families, drive a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.

The role involves delivering a sustainable childcare business, achieving occupancy targets, and developing nursery strategy within a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a degree in early childcare or education.

Center Director /Center Head

Location: Bangalore Day Care Center, Kadubeesanahalli

Contract type: Full Time / Permanent Opportunity

Salary: From 80,000 per month depending on experience + up to 10% bonus if KPIs are met

Working pattern: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm (Monthly rotational shifts)

Shuttle service available with 30km radius

We currently have an opportunity to join us a Center Director.

Purpose of the Role

As a Center Director, your job will be to deliver exceptional care and education to our children, and to be the main point of contact our families.

To lead a high performing sustainable childcare and education business with a motivated and self-directed team.

Key Accountabilities

• Keeping Everyone Safe by continuously improving the practices, policies, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety culture
• Designated Safeguarding Lead for the center
• Set the highest standards of behaviour i consistent with the HEART principles
• Coach the highest levels of performance from every member of their team
• Deliver world class customer service aligned to local customer expectations
• Ensure high quality care and education
• Optimise budgeted ROS
• Deliver (or exceed) budgeted occupancy levels
• Have up to date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards and ensure compliance with these at all times, including sound pedagogical knowledge ensuring staff provide effective teaching and learning
• Develop and execute your nursery strategy to outperform people, quality and growth KPIs
• Attend client meetings as required
