Nokia in India is hiring a CDC Technical Lead (Central Delivery Care) in the Core Networks Domain Delivery Unit. You will partner with Market Services, R&D, and Product teams to deliver high-quality care, drive automation, and improve serviceability.

• Ensure SLA fulfilment, manage escalations, and oversee critical incident responses.
• Provide executive updates on progress and resolution of critical issues.

As a CDC Technical Lead (Central Delivery Care) in Core Networks Domain Delivery Unit (DDU), you will partner with Market Services, R&D, and Product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality care. You will drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance serviceability and customer experience. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will lead and empower a skilled team to resolve critical issues, meet key performance targets, and deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Care Delivery for Core Networks across all markets.


• Implement an efficient care delivery model to enhance efficiency and serviceability.


• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with R&D, PLM, MS Care leads & DDL (Domain Delivery Lead) organisation to drive product care delivery.


• Manage care financial metrics and budgets to achieve domain financial targets.


• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for serviceability, tools, and knowledge sharing within the team.


• Ensure SLA fulfilment, manage escalations, and oversee critical incident responses for optimal customer satisfaction.


• Provide regular executive updates on progress and resolution of critical issues to senior management.


• Foster talent development and cross-competency within the organisation to support future technologies and initiatives.

Qualifications

You have

• Require a bachelors or masters degree or related field with 10+ years of experience in care delivery within the CORE Domain.


• Strong leadership and facilitation skills with a results-oriented approach and proven track record in driving financial results in core network projects.


• Deep knowledge of CORE Domain technologies and preferably the Nokia portfolio

Nice to Have

• Experience in implementing care delivery models and familiarity with R&D collaboration and product lifecycle management (PLM)


• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in care delivery with exposure to project budget and cost management
