Responsibilities

• Production planning in accordance with the BP.
• Responsible for looking after the cement mill to produce different varieties of cement.
• Process optimization of the mill to sustain output and specific power.
• Maintaining the quality of cement as per the BIS and API standards.
• Awareness of QMS, EMS, EnMS and OHSMS systems.
• Maintaining an environmentally friendly operation.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all process SOPs.
• Responsible for ensuring high levels of safety and health.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to look after Cement mill to produce different varieties of cement as per Market requirement.
• Responsible for process optimization of mill to sustain mill output and specific power.
• To maintain the quality of cement as per the BIS and API standards.
• Awareness on QMS, EMS, EnMS and OHSMS systems and procedures.
• Maintaining environment friendly operation and ensuring dust‑free environment.
• Ensure strict adherence of all process SOPs.
• Responsible for ensuring high level of safety, health, 5S, CFT & environment practice.
