Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a qualified professional to lead production planning and execution in a cement manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will drive daily targets for limestone crushing, raw mill, kiln and cement grinding, while coordinating with Mines, Maintenance and Quality teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of raw mix, kiln operations, heat and mass balance, and plant optimization to improve efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• Degree in science or engineering with cement/chemical background.
• Experience in cement production, especially raw mix design and kiln operations.
• Knowledge of process controls and plant optimization methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production targets for limestone crushing, raw mill, kiln and cement grinding.
• Optimize kiln feed chemistry and ensure stable operation.
• Improve clinker factor and cement blending targets.
• Coordinate with Mines and maintenance teams for material quality and availability.

  • Refractory selection, installation & performance monitoring

• Maintain clinker factor and cement blending targets.
• Coordinate closely with Mines team for raw material availability and quality alignment.
• Ensure plant runs at optimum rated capacity with maximum reliability.
