1. Role Title

CATIA V5 & V6 3DEXPERIENCE Software Engineer – CAA

2. Role Description

Responsible for CATIA V5 and V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE customization, implementation, and software development using CAA and C++. The role involves understanding and analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical specifications, designing and developing efficient and reusable code, performing unit testing, troubleshooting defects, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality software solutions for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

The candidate will work with the CATIA V5 & V6 – CAA Development Team to support enterprise clients, global system integrator partners, and authorized regional channel resellers.

3. Skills Required

3.1 Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and good understanding of C++ language specifications.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, including inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation.
• Thorough understanding of the C++ Standard Library, STL containers, and algorithms.
• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage-collected environments.
• Knowledge of dynamic polymorphism and C++-specific concepts.
• Experience in C/C++ software development and CATIA customization using CAA for CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Ability to analyze requirements, prepare technical specifications, and design software solutions.
• Experience in unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
