Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in providing technical support for Catia software or similar CAD/CAM/CAE applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Catia software, including proficiency in part design, assembly design, drafting, surface modeling, and other modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with users, understand their requirements, and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, Python, or CATScript for customization and automation tasks.
• Experience in software installation, configuration, and system administration.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support services.
• Certifications in Catia or related software applications (e.g., CATIA Associate, CATIA Professional) are a plus.
• Knowledge in Enovia/3D experience will be added advantage
• Knowledge in Aeronautics Domain will be added advantage
