Job summary

Urvann is seeking a Category Manager to own the Plants & Garden category end-to-end—from goal setting and planning to sourcing, inventory, revenue and customer experience.

Based in Delhi, you will set category goals, build monthly and quarterly plans, manage vendors, optimize listings and pricing, and drive growth through data-driven decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in category management.
• Strong ability to analyse and drive revenue and order growth.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, track and course-correct based on numbers.
• Ability to build processes and optimize & automate them.
• High ownership mindset - someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Extra preference for candidates from the plants, gardening, nursery, home & garden or related industry.

Responsibilities
