Responsibilities

• New Model Field Establishment w.r.t Quality Concerns.
• Market vehicle/component level defect identification, Analysis & time bound loop closure.
• Oversee Entire Vehicle System, Engine, Electrical/Electronic, Chassis/Frame integration.
• Design, Mfg. Market issues resolution & action implementation speedily in Products.
• Support, participate and ensure potential field issue closures 100% during IQC events.

Proto- M1 Ride Evaluation Participation – Go Ahead for next model development events
Responsible for Design , Mfg. Market issues resolution & action implementation speedily in Products
Participation, & ensure potential field issue closures 100% during
IQC (Initial Quality Check) Events
Past Learnings Management , ensure logical closure during model development
Initial product feedback Survey Designing
(Online Questionnaire, Gemba Plan) & ensure improvements implementation for Gate 7 Clearanc
