Job description

Conducting mass production quality audit at suppliers and performance and durability tests (in CRVT testing lab) to ensure mass production quality of supplier parts.

A purpose driven role for you

Conduct performance and durability tests (in CRVT Testing Lab) to ensure mass production quality of parts.

• Studying the Drawings / Specifications of that part.
• Arranging test samples from Vendors
• Preparing the Testing requirement document
• Arranging Warranty Data
• Summary for HM2G Test Lab failures.

Carrying out Mass Production Quality audit at Supplier end for Infrastructure strengthening

Critical Warranty Part Life enhancement project

• Selecting the Critical parts based on Warranty Data
• Conduct stringent testing

A Day in the life

Development of new testing methods/standards in line with customer requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for Infrastructure & equipment maintenance, Supplier audits, Testing equipment procurement, Warranty reduction projects

Collaborate with external stakeholders for Process/system improvements, parts quality, Lab infrastructure procurement, NABL audits

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) required & 4~5 Years
