Job summary

Continental Super Speciality Hospital, Jagdalpur, is hiring for a Billing & Cashier role. You will handle cash and various payment modes, generate bills via the POS system, and ensure accurate daily financial records.

The incumbent will reconcile sales, prepare reports, and coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth billing operations. Responsibilities include addressing customer billing questions, maintaining secure cash handling, and adhering to hospital policies for F&B and cash

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Generate bills and receipts through the POS/billing system.
• Collect and verify daily canteen/F&B sales collections.
• Reconcile daily sales with cash, UPI, card, and POS reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, refunds, discounts, and cancellations.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and collection reports to Finance/Management.
• Ensure timely handover/deposit of daily collections as per hospital procedures.
• Identify and report cash or billing discrepancies immediately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, canteen, Finance, and Operations teams regarding billing and collection matters.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
• Maintain proper custody of cash, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with hospital cash-handling, billing, and F&B procedures.
• Perform any other F&B/finance-related duties assigned by Management from time to time.
