• Maintain daily cash drawer and balance at end of shift.
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit to accounts department.
• Maintain transaction records in hospital billing software.
• Check refunds, bank transfer receipts, and foreign currency documents.
• Investigate cash refunds with related bill/department signatures.
• Create daily collection tracker for both cash and digital payments.
• Accept payments through cash, card, UPI, insurance approvals, or online payments.
• Coordinate with front office for scroll-related issues.
