Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in career counselling, education counselling, student admissions, or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling and follow-up abilities.
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Ability to understand student requirements and provide the right guidance.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve admissions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and suitable courses.
• Understand students' interests, skills, and career goals and recommend appropriate programs.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and admission process.
• Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Gaming, and other creative fields.
