Job summary

Taldo in Ahmedabad hires a proactive Career Counsellor to guide nurses and physiotherapists toward job opportunities in Germany. You will be the first contact, explain opportunities, doubts, and enroll candidates into Taldo’s German language training program.

This role blends counselling and inside sales, requiring empathy, clear communication, and a drive to meet targets while coordinating with training and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of sales or admissions counselling or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build rapport with nurses and influence decisions.
• Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in education counselling, study abroad, or healthcare recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage 75–100 candidates daily via calls, WhatsApp, or online sessions.
• Educate nurses about working in Germany including career growth, salary, PR pathway, and work-life balance.
• Explain Taldo’s German language training program, fee structure, and reimbursement model.
• Guide candidates through enrollment and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build trust by addressing questions around exams, placements, and relocation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and track conversion metrics.
• Coordinate with training & operations teams to ensure seamless transition from counselling to training.
• Own the process end-to-end from initial contact to enrollment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Career Counsellor who will own the process of guiding nurses & physiotherapists through their journey of pursuing job opportunities in Germany. You will be the first point of contact for nurses, helping them understand the opportunity, clarifying doubts, and guiding them to enroll into Taldo’s German language training program.

This role is a mix of counselling and inside sales, requiring empathy, clarity in communication, and a drive to meet targets.

Requirements:
