Job Title: Cards E-Dispute Analyst US Banking

We are looking for a Cards E-Dispute Analyst to manage and process electronic card dispute cases for a US banking client. The role involves transaction validation, dispute investigation, chargebacks, representments, and ensuring compliance with Regulation E and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate ATM, POS, PIN, Zelle and debit card dispute cases.


• Investigate disputed transactions and maintain accurate case records.


• Handle chargebacks, representments, provisional/final credits and adjustments.


• Review transaction and dispute reports and escalates exceptions appropriately.


• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails in Salesforce.


• Follow Regulation E timelines, quality standards and escalation procedures.


• Coordinate with internal and onshore teams as required.

Required Skills

• Experience in US Banking, Card Operations, Disputes or Payment Operations.


• Good understanding of Regulation E and dispute lifecycle.


• Knowledge of ATM, POS, debit card and electronic transactions.


• Good MS Excel, email drafting and communication skills.


• Typing speed of 28 WPM with 95% accuracy.


• Willingness to work in US shifts and overtime when required.

Education

• 3+year degree B.Com/BBA/BBM preferred.


• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
