Job summary

Tata Motors in Kerala is seeking a front-line sales executive to generate and convert sales leads through showroom enquiries, calls, digital leads, referrals, and walk-ins.

You will understand customer requirements and recommend Tata passenger vehicles based on budget and preferences, conduct presentations and test drives, and follow up with leads to drive bookings while maintaining CRM accuracy.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tata passenger vehicles based on budget and preferences.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining features, specifications, variants, finance, insurance, and offers.
• Follow up with leads and prospects regularly and drive enquiries toward booking and vehicle delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate CRM/DMS records.
