Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior research professional to conduct research and GAP analysis of missions and projects. The role requires authoring research papers and proposals for capacity building, and managing implementation, coordination, design and gaps analysis of projects.

The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive training content and lead the delivery and coordination of training programs across the country, applying expertise in planning, mobility, and policy

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Master’s in Planning or equivalent with TOD/mobility focus.
• Familiarity with empirical and scholarly work.
• Familiarity with policy level and programmatic approaches at Central/State levels.
• Experience with projects in these thematic areas.
• Ability to train and teach on these themes.

Responsibilities

• Research and GAP analysis of missions and projects.
• Write research papers and proposals for capacity building.
• Handle implementation, coordination, design and gap analysis of projects.
• Develop comprehensive training content and lead nationwide delivery and coordination of training programs.
