Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Candidate Source & Screen Senior Analyst to drive sourcing, screening and recruiting processes. You will identify hiring needs, craft job descriptions, perform talent search, screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth hires pipeline.

Requires 5 to 8 years of experience and a graduation in any field; location Bengaluru with potential rotations.
