Accenture in India is seeking a Candidate Source & Screen Specialist with 7–11 years of recruitment experience to drive sourcing and screening processes. The role emphasizes end-to-end talent acquisition and candidate engagement within a dynamic, client-facing environment.

You will lead sourcing efforts, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding, while adapting to rotational shifts as needed.
