Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Candidate Source & Screen Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, headhunting, and screening processes to identify top talent and manage end-to-end recruitment.

You will define job descriptions, conduct candidate searches, screen, interview, and guide onboarding, working in rotational shifts as needed. This role requires strong analytical skills and ability to align with senior management goals within Accenture.
