Role Overview
The Campus Ambassador will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all issues related to the Infinity META platform on the assigned campus. The role ensures effective implementation, adoption, and sustained academic usage of the META app by students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of the Infinity META program in assigned campuses (10-15 campuses)
- Act as the primary SPOC for META-related academic and operational issues
- Provide assistance to students and teachers to maximize META usage
- Conduct periodic training and refresher sessions for students and staff on META features
- Track tests being published and assigned; ensure timely communication and participation by students
- Ensure high student engagement including homework completion and test participation
- Promote, monitor, and track progress on Self-Learn modules
- Generate usage and progress reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Collect structured feedback from students and teachers
- Coordinate with campus admins, academic heads, and central product/tech teams
- Support resolution of login, MDM, access, and content visibility issues

- B.E / B.Tech Any Specialization
- MBA Any Specialization
- Eligible candidates: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA students
Compensation & Engagement Details
