NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an entry-level outbound sales professional in Gurugram to engage Canada-based customers, promote telecom products, and drive revenue through consultative selling. The role focuses on high-volume calls, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

You will work on the US–Canada night shift from the office, with company transport for night shifts and a target-driven environment. Freshers are welcome, with BPO/sales experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduate, flexible based on communication skills.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred; freshers welcome.
• BPO/sales exposure is a plus.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Shift Timing: US–Canada Shift (Night Shift – aligned to North American time zones)
• Working Hours: 10 hours per shift (including breaks as per company policy)

• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
