Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an Entry-level outbound sales professional to engage Canada-based customers and promote telecom products, while driving revenue through consultative selling.

The role is based in Gurugram and requires handling a US–Canada time zone night shift with a strong emphasis on customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of BPO or sales exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with telecom plans, bundles, and retention offers.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong communication skills and basic professional conduct.
• 2–4 years of experience in BPO or sales is preferred.
• Able to work in a US–Canada night shift, perform outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote telecom products, plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and follow-ups.
• Handle objections professionally and ensure compliance with scripts.
• Deliver great customer experience while maximizing revenue.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Shift Timing: US–Canada Shift (Night Shift – aligned to North American time zones)


• Working Hours: 10 hours per shift (including breaks as per company policy)


• Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
