Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in India is seeking a Call Center Senior Associate to engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls and promote telecom products. This role is night-shift aligned to North American time zones and is 100% office-based.

You will maintain CRM records, achieve sales targets, and deliver strong customer experience while representing the brand with a neutral/clear English accent.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
