Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an entry-level outbound sales representative in Gurugram, India. You will engage Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services through high-volume outbound calls.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a sales mindset. This position requires resilience and a customer-focused approach while achieving sales targets in a supportive work environment.

This is a night shift role with a 100% work-from-office mode, and transportation is provided for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate with good communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome.
• Preferred experience in BPO/sales.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Role Summary:

Entry-level outbound sales role responsible for engaging Canada-based customers, promoting telecom products/services, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
• Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue
