Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic call center team. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with customers, addressing queries, and providing tailored solutions over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list or leads.

• Respond to inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

• Pitch products/services clearly and effectively to ensure customer interest and conversion.

• Maintain records of calls and customer information in the company database.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Handle customer objections positively and convert leads into successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to improve performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th pass) or equivalent.

• Proficiency in spoken English and/or regional languages.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly tone over the phone.

Experience

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Part-Time / Flexible Shifts: Available based on business needs
