Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced caf or restaurant environment, with emphasis on service and operations.

• Clear English communication and competence with POS systems.
• Willingness to work shifts aligned with caf operating hours.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus, not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the caf team to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the caf.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting an example and addressing inquiries or complaints swiftly.
• Maintain accurate financial records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
• Innovate seasonal menus and beverage offerings that reflect customer preferences and current trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout all operations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to streamline processes and build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced caf or restaurant environment, focusing on customer service and operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
