Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Support caf operations and teamwork to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Assist in opening and closing activities of the caf.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate, diploma holder, or equivalent qualification.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in cafs, restaurants, QSRs, hotels, or hospitality industry.
• Freshers with a passion for customer service and coffee culture may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food safety practices is preferred.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
