Persistent Systems Limited seeks a skilled CAD Design Engineer to support global engineering and product development activities by creating, modifying, and maintaining high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks and will contribute to engineering design, drawing releases, and change management processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant CAD design experience.
• Hands-on expertise in CATIA, Siemens NX or SolidWorks.
• Strong skills in 2D drafting, 3D modelling and assembly design.
• Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
• Experience with PLM, engineering change processes, technical documentation and global team collaboration.

About Position:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Engineer to support global engineering and product development activities by creating, modifying, and maintaining high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with leading CAD platforms such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks and will contribute to engineering design, drawing releases, and change management processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global engineering teams, manufacturing functions, and product development stakeholders within a dynamic Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and modify 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Prepare part drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.

Expertise You’ll Bring:
