• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling per committed dates.
• Manage post-order activities and respond to customers.
• Allocate resources, assess risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Track change requests and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and throughput plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress, conduct weekly client reviews, and drive on-time delivery.
• Facilitate contract and project management to achieve targets.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for project Management (Planning & Execution), budgeting, scheduling as per Custer Committed date or requirements.
• Responsible for All Post Order activities along with responses to Customers.
• Responsible for resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Responsible for tracking of Request for Change” along with on time Closures from respective department.
• Responsible for Preparing & Execution Day wise or Week Wise Sale Plan.
• Coordinates with various teams (CFT) to ensure project objectives are met.
• coordinating project activities, tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
• Preparing Liquidation Plan of Current orders in hand & providing Vacant plant Capacity to Management for Fresh order booking requirements.
• Preparing & Sharing Current month Sale & Throughput Plan and tentative plan for next two Months.
• Coordination with CFT to ensure “On Time Delivery” along with Sale Plan Achievement.
• Handling weekly review meetings with client for updation of orders in execution to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Work and coordinate with client to mitigate LD if any with proper Justification through communications and letters with fact sheets.
• Weekly reviews twice in a week with CFT to review, control and monitor the throughput and sales to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
• Monitoring day to day Billings and progress in Plan.
• Expediting with Foundries if required to meet the client urgencies in proper alignment with Procurement Team.
• Risk Assessment, Mitigation & Contingency planning by carrying out necessary activities.
• Responsible for Customer Communication for CDD revision in case of project delay from their side.
• Kick of meetings for bigger projects for clarity in orders and requirements.
• Expediting technical documents approval.
• Contract and Project Management.
• Achievement of Monthly sales and Annual Targets
• Maintaining RFC date & ensure RFC Closure within TAT.
• Day Wise Sale Planning sheet.
• Objective achievements Contract Management.
