Job summary

Jindal Power in Angul, Odisha seeks a skilled C&I technician to support daily operations of the plant. You will perform routine and breakdown maintenance, calibrate field instruments and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires planning PM activities, managing spares and improving reliability of DCS/PLC systems, with a focus on operational uptime and adherence to PTW procedures.

Experience in thermal power environments, particularly around 150 MW+ units, is preferred.

• Execute C&I daily, preventive & breakdown maintenance.
• Plan and schedule PM activities and maintenance jobs.

• Ensure statutory parameters and pollution monitoring compliance.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot and install field instruments.
• Carry out upgradation/modernization of obsolete systems and instruments.
• Ensure reliability and availability of C&I systems.
• DCS/PLC troubleshooting.
