Job summary

mjunction services ltd is seeking an experienced procurement professional for immediate join, 5–7 years' experience, to manage procurement per SLA, coordinate with clients, and reduce PR to PO cycle time.

The incumbent will ensure timely delivery of materials, prepare RFQs for high-value procurements, and maintain MIS reports. Knowledge of SAP/SRM/GeM and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience with RFQ processes for high-value goods/services.
• Ability to negotiate and apply procurement strategies.
• Knowledge of SAP/SRM/GeM procurement platforms.

Incumbent will be responsible for

Years of experience: 5 to 7 years

Desirable Candidate should have

• Knowledge of preparing RFQs for different high value procurement of goods/services/Overseas buys/ ARC/AMC and handling them independently.
• Depth knowledge of procurement functions wrt goods/services/Overseas buys/ ARC/AMC /Proprietary / Limited/ OTE/Global tendering mode.
• Knowledge of different statutory clauses/circulars and their applicability.
• Experience of organising pre-bid meeting, if required.
• Working relationship with operational levels of suppliers and handling supplier clarification needs.
• Knowledge of the process of negotiation and ability to negotiate.
• He should be able to apply suitable procurement strategy.

• Use of AI and Chat GPT to prepare notes heet and other procurement documents.
