Job summary

mjunction services ltd is seeking an Officer to manage procurement operations in Bhilai. The role emphasizes adherence to SLAs, client coordination, and driving efficiency in the PR to PO process.

The incumbent will deliver timely material delivery, produce monthly MIS reports, and engage in supplier negotiations while applying procurement strategies with SAP/SRM/GeM tools. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–7 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in preparing RFQs for high value procurements and overseas buys is desirable.
• Knowledge of statutory clauses/circulars related to procurement.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and pre-bid meetings is preferred.

Years of experience: 5 to 7 years

Desirable Candidate should have

• Knowledge of preparing RFQs for different high value procurement of goods/services/Overseas buys/ ARC/AMC and handling them independently.
• Depth knowledge of procurement functions wrt goods/services/Overseas buys/ ARC/AMC /Proprietary / Limited/ OTE/Global tendering mode.
• Knowledge of different statutory clauses/circulars and their applicability.
• Experience of organising pre-bid meeting, if required.
• Working relationship with operational levels of suppliers and handling supplier clarification needs.
• Knowledge of the process of negotiation and ability to negotiate.
• He should be able to apply suitable procurement strategy.
• Knowledge of SAP/SRM/GeM procurement.
• Use of AI and Chat GPT to prepare notes heet and other procurement documents.
