Job summary

ORBIT & SKYLINE in Mohali, India seeks an experienced Order Management professional to handle customer requirements, technical queries, quotations, and order-related activities, driving end-to-end fulfilment and accurate data in SAP/ERP.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics, maintain SAP data and MIS, and support account setup and pricing alignment. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• 2–5 years minimum experience in technical sales, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and MS Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements, technical queries, quotations, and order-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 2-5 years
  Bachelors degree in engineering or supply chain management
  Experience in technical sales, customer management, order management, or supply chain operations
  Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office
  Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
