Job summary

Lodha Group NCR is seeking a dedicated operations executive for the Hospitality & Property Management team. You will maintain opening/closing checklists, ensure SOP adherence, and manage inventory for Food & Beverage across the outstation sales office.

You will also handle weekly duty rosters, hygiene briefings, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Training and team guidance are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Hospitality or a related field.
• BHMS degree preferred.
• Strong focus on service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining opening and closing checklist.
• Ensuring service standards are followed as per the SOPs.
• Managing inventory and ordering Food &Beverage requirements on a regular basis.
• Making duty roster and manpower planning on a weekly basis.
• Maintaining proper inventory of CGS and stores.
• Briefing team about hygiene and mystery audit.
• Other duties as assigned
• Training staff and ensuring the team is aware of their responsibilities
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
