We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Coordinator / Customer Relationship Coordinator who will work closely with our customers, business stakeholders, development team, QA team, and management. 1.Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Coordinator / Customer Relationship Coordinator who will work closely with our customers, business stakeholders, development team, QA team, and management. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how software products work.

• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, questions, and business problems.
• Gather and document functional requirements.
• Convert business requirements into clear Jira tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and scenarios.
• Work with team members to clarify requirements before development starts.
• Document business workflows and system processes.
• Participate in requirement and solution discussions with development and QA teams.
• Follow up with developers and QA to ensure requirements are correctly understood.
• Review completed features against the agreed requirements.
• Assist with UAT and customer feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation of requirements and customer discussions.

• Assist in coordinating Agile/Scrum activities.
• Participate in: Daily Stand-ups ,Sprint Planning ,Sprint Reviews / Demos, Backlog Refinement
• Maintain and update Jira tasks and sprint boards.
• Coordinate between Business, Development, QA, and Product teams.
• Prepare basic sprint/project status updates.

• Communicate with customers regularly through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer issues and requirements and ensure they are properly captured.
• Provide customers with updates on the status of their requirements and issues.
• Follow up with customers for: Requirement clarifications, Approvals ,UAT feedback ,Issue verification, Sign-offs
• Ensure customer concerns are followed through until closure.

• Track requirements from initial discussion through:
• Requirement → Development → QA → UAT → Production
• Maintain visibility of open requirements, issues, blockers, and pending customer actions.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are progressing on time.
• Coordinate release-related activities with Development and QA.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Highlight potential delays or risks to the manager.
• Ensure important customer decisions and discussions are documented.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Coordination, Customer Success, Scrum Coordination, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Jira.
• Good understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to write clear and structured requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and QA engineers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Experience working with a SaaS / software product company.
• Basic understanding of: Web applications ,APIs ,Databases, Software integrations
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Previous experience communicating directly with customers.
• Scrum/Agile certification or training is an advantage.
