Job summary

Apex Group in Mumbai is seeking a proactive IT support professional to maintain and support core business applications, configure systems to meet business requirements, and assist in client onboarding. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a support role, hands-on experience with SQL, IIS and Microsoft technologies, and familiarity with eFront Invest.

Strong English communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support core line of business applications.
• Configuration and setup according to business requirements.
• Vendor management and communication.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and analyze issues within the systems.
• Assist in client onboarding and new systems implementation projects.
• Document changes and design of the application.
• Provide guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain and support core line of business applications.
• Configuration and set-up according to Business Requirements
• Vendor management and communication
• Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.
• Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects

• Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development
