Job summary

Apex Group in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT support professional to maintain and enhance core fund administration applications. You will configure systems, manage vendors, and ensure reliable operations across the technology stack.

The role requires strong SQL, Microsoft technologies, IIS and knowledge of eFront Invest. You will diagnose issues, contribute to onboarding, and support upgrades while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a IT support role.
• Strong team player with proactive mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack and IIS.
• Familiarity with SQL and server platforms.
• Knowledge of eFront Invest is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the Systems.
• Assist in client on-boarding and new systems Implementation projects.

• Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development.
