Job summary

Apex Group in Mumbai seeks a skilled IT applications support professional to maintain and configure core business systems. You will manage vendors, monitor issues, and assist with onboarding and system upgrades, delivering reliable technical guidance.

The role requires hands-on experience with eFront Invest, SQL, IIS, and Microsoft technologies, with strong English communication and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience in a support role.
• Excellent team player with a proactive approach.
• Ability to drive improvements and analyze root causes.
• Strong in Microsoft technologies and architecture.
• SQL proficiency and experience with IIS Server platforms.
• Good written and verbal communications in English.
• Must have knowledge of the eFront Invest system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support core line of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support core line of business applications.
