Job summary

Apex Group in Pune, India is seeking an IT operations professional focused on application access revocation and IT support. The role requires 1–2 years experience, basic knowledge of user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.

Strong communication in English and familiarity with ITIL, RBAC, and audit processes will help you collaborate across teams. Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in application access revocation, IT support, or related IT operations function.
• Basic knowledge of user account management, permissions, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, SOC audits, and related audit processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with documentation, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
• A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure, or other access management tools.
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and IT security best practices is desirable.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework is an advantage.

Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle
• Reporting and dashboard skills (Excel, Power BI)
