Job summary

Biz-Tech Analytics invites interns to work directly with the founder on strategic priorities and market research, learning to turn findings into actionable recommendations. You will build dashboards, reports and client-ready presentations while tracking project metrics and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, or a strong undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with numbers.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to write crisp emails, reports and decks.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Self-driven, organised and able to handle several priorities at once.
• Available to work on-site at Nehru Place, New Delhi, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors, clients and pricing, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Build business reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership and client meetings.
• Track key metrics across projects, and operations, and flag issues early.
• Coordinate across teams (operations, delivery, HR, tech) to drive initiatives to completion.
• Support business development: client pitches, proposals, vendor onboarding and partner outreach.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes and follow up on action items.
• Help design and improve internal processes as the company scales.

Who we're looking for
