Responsibilities

• Independently manage large projects and programs in performance improvement, cost-optimization, and business transformations
• Design and deliver forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards for key decisions
• Drive the central annual planning process including goals, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting
• Translate strategic plans into annual plans and execute projects hands-on
• Scale services and tools by designing scalable processes and procedures
• Manage stakeholders, communications, workshops, and client relationships; pursue new opportunities
• Track industry trends to uncover insights influencing the business
• Support positioning and branding of the business unit with internal and external stakeholders

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently managing large projects and programs, organization design, operational excellence and transformation projects in areas such as: performance improvement, cost-optimization, cultural changes, business transformations
• Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
• Help drive the central annual planning process which includes distribution of goals and KPIs, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
• Contribute to business insight and decision-making and strategic planning, translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands‑on execution of specific projects
• Help scale services and tools - design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
• Managing stakeholders, ensuring timely and qualitative communication, facilitating workshops and client sessions. Managing client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Track and analyze industry and technology developments to uncover trends and insights that can influence the business
• Contribute to the positioning and branding of the business unit by utilizing appropriate strategies and engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA (Strategy, Marketing, Operations specialization would be a plus) with engineering background is preferred
• 2 - 4 years relevant experience in Business Operations, Business Development, R&D, Services in Automotive or related domain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
• Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data‑driven analyses, and influencing results
• Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast‑paced organization
• Able to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working in Strategy, Operations or Consulting within a high‑growth company is a plus
• Strong understanding & know how of basic Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI will be a plus
