Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a matrix environment with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to gather and analyse data.
• Knowledge of business reporting tools and programs including Power BI, Analytics, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review and analyse businesses and functions, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools to understand business performance.
• Benchmark with best in class in national and international markets to identify improvement areas including business process modelling and modification of existing systems and structures.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
• Identify new business growth opportunities across products, markets and business segments and geographies (including India and global).
• Develop and implement solutions with the respective business and functional teams and communicate with key stakeholders including follow up on critical deliverables.
• Conduct regular systems analytics to troubleshoot business challenges and track progress on projects, processes and operations.
• Analyse industry, market trends, customer and competition data and provide external perspective for improvements.

Role & responsibilities

• Gather, review and analyse businesses and functions, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools to understand business performance.
• Benchmark with the best in class in both national and international markets to identify improvement areas including business process (re)modelling and modification of existing business systems and structures.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, & recommend system modifications.
• Identify new business growth opportunities (both organic and inorganic) across products, markets and business segments and geographies (including both India and global)
• Developing and implementing solutions with the respective business and functional teams. Identify and communicate with key stakeholders including follow up on critical business deliverables.
• Conduct regular systems analytics to troubleshoot business challenges proactively. Review and track progress regarding various projects, processes and operations
• Understand and analyse industry, market, trends, customer, competition data, conduct SWOT analysis and suggest improvement ideas from an external perspective.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience required: 2-4 years. Experience of working in a manufacturing business and/or a project organization in the B2B segment would be preferable.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix environment with senior leadership
3. Familiarity with industry technology systems, including ERP to gather and analyze data.
